Corporate Communications and PR Manager
Key responsibilities:
Communicate the organisation’s policies, practices and initiatives effectively to different stakeholders, promote the organizations reputation and branding, and mobilize internal and external support for corporate objectives.
Create, implement and supervise the Marketing and PR plans
Lead the strategy, planning and implementation of image-building of the organization
Arrange conferences and exhibitions to achieve the organisation’s publicity targets
Maintain the organisation’s visibility and reputation on social media, identify good stories, write and edit articles for publishing on electronic and off-line communication platforms to promote the organisation’s brand image
Undertake editorial and proof reading duties for the production of the organizations publications
Manage external vendors and supervised photo shoots, print and video production
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for marketing, PR and  development projects
Pitch media stories, draft press releases and liaise closely with the media for driving media coverage and relationships
Handle media enquires and provide administration support to the management in managing the dissemination of information to the media during the occurrence of issues and crises
Monitor, update and enhance the functionality of the website with the IT team
Develop connections and programmes with the Alumni Association
Make and communicate with contacts to convey the vision of the schools
Actively participate in organizational development and assist with new business

Bachelor Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Independent and self-motivated
8 years or above in relevant position. Experience in school settings preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – excel, word, ppt. etc.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

IT Technician
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure the performance of all computer equipments on campuses, included but not limited to desktops, laptops, netbooks, printers
 Maintain all resources in the server room including server array, backup systems, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, Internet connectivity and central management systems
Maintain and support networking equipments across campus including network switches, Wi-Fi access points and controllers, servers and internet connectivity
Design and implement efficient imaging, software deployment and updating environment and processes
Daily backup, archiving, housekeeping and other maintenance tasks on a regular and as required basis
Ensure the proper licensing for software
Serve as first point-of-contact for support and troubleshooting for computer equipments
Assist to take photos in school events 

Certificate holder in Computer Science - Programming or related disciplines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Independent and self-motivated
2 years or above in relevant position
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – excel, word, ppt. etc.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

System Analyst
Key responsibilities:

Administrative duties
Assist in all projects and the operation of information systems
Implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development for various projects
Communicate with users of various projects to define system specifications according to user requirements.
 Liaise with vendors and monitor project costs and timelines
Provide technical support to various projects and services units 

Technical duties
Responsible for the system analysis, design and development of applications in different technologies including Web, Mobile and Integration
Review and analyze business requirements and transform into detailed technical requirements and specifications
Lead and perform system analysis, design tasks, and produce related system design documentation
Define development best practices and configuration management processes
Develop test scenarios, perform component testing and participate in the review of regression, systems, stress testing, and code promotion
Provide user acceptance tests and production support
Cooperate with internal parties and external vendors for project delivery. 
Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science - Programming or related disciplines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Independent and self-motivated
Minimum of 4-year experience in CRM/ERP systems and websites
Experience in Java, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, web/intranet application development
Experience in database development such as PL/SQL, Oracle, MSSQL and MySQL, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – excel, word, ppt. etc.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as I.T. Applications Manager.

Student Life Coordinator

Job Description:
Plan all student related extra-curricular activities, camps and events during the school year and in the summer holidays
Search, review and propose suitable student activities / vendors / agencies
Assist the PTA in facilitating student/parent events
Develop relationships with contacts to convey the vision of VEO and all its schools
Act as an ambassador for VEO
Work closely with different vendors, agencies, schools on activities, events conferences and  campaigns
Oversee the performance of all student activities, events and campaigns
Evaluate the student experience across multiple channels and touch points 
Bachelor Degree holder in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing or  related disciplines
Hands on experience in event management
Fluent in English and Cantonese. Putonghua an advantage
PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese typing

Supply teachers

Native English speaker
Valid HKID holder / have a valid work visa in Hong Kong
Possess relevant undergraduate degree and with recognized teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education) or (A Bachelor Degree plus PGCE / PGDE qualification or equivalent)
