Eligibility :            Open to all current VEO students (PN-K3) – limit one entry per child
Theme :                  Let’s learn and play together
Requirements :   1) Artwork must be completed by the child, by hand, using any colouring medium (in 2D format), on the provided template page or a piece of A4-sized white paper (portrait orientation).
2) The artwork should be scanned and uploaded. Please ensure that the colors and words of the submitted artwork are clear and legible. File size should be in JPEG format, and not smaller than 1MB or bigger than 3MB.
3) Retain the original artwork in hardcopy until the results are announced. The artwork of the selected entry will be collected through the class teacher and used as the cover of the upcoming VEOPTA Newsletter. Please do not fold the artwork.
Fee : Free for members; HK$50 for non-members
Registration :     Step 1) Register your child and make payment (if applicable) at http://www.victoria.edu.hk/en/pta-events.php. Each child should register separately.
Step 2) Name the file using your child’s campus, class and name (e.g. BV K1A1am Adrian Chan). Upload the scanned copy of the artwork (JPEG 1-3MB) through Jotform.
Submission Deadline : By 4:00 p.m. on 2nd December, 2022

Selection Criteria :  Artworks will be selected by the following three major criterions:
i. Drawing skills and use of colour
ii. Creativity and relevance to the theme
iii. General Aesthetics

Artworks will be selected from each grade (PN, K1, K2, and K3) and one of them will be used as the upcoming VEOPTA newsletter cover. Judges’ decisions are final.
The selected participants will receive gifts and will be presented/dispatched at the respective campus.
Photographs will be taken and may be published in the upcoming VEOPTA Newsletter, and potentially other VEO public mediums. All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
The selected participants will be notified on or before 11th January, 2023.

Disclaimers:
– By submitting your artwork, you agree for the artwork to be published in public mediums, such as, but not limited to, VEO or VEOPTA publications, websites, or social media.
– Selected participants may be photographed with their artwork/gifts, and the photographs may be published in VEO or VEOPTA related public mediums. If you do not want your child’s photograph to be used, please inform us in writing before the submission deadline.
– All submitted artwork will not be returned.
