Eligibility:

Open to all Victoria Nursery (Harbour Heights) students and their family members

Format: 

• Any kind of performance – singing, dancing, poetry recital, musical instruments, kungfu, drama, story-telling etc. (Please email background music, if any, in advance to hhptaoffc@victoria.edu.hk)
• Students may perform solo or with family members or classmates (maximum 4 performers for each performance)
• Each performance is limited to maximum 3 minutes
• Performers who are current students at Harbour Heights will receive a souvenir.

Registration details:

• Please register online via PTA website http://pta.victoria.edu.hk. Registration for PTA members will start on 22 May (Monday) at 10am, while registration for non-members will start on 24 May (Wednesday) at 10am. Registration ends at 6pm on 5 Jun (Monday) or until sold out.

• If you register successfully, you will receive an instant confirmation email, please bring this confirmation email on the day. Please also ensure you provide a valid email address to receive the information.

Fee:

Per each participating current student only: HK$80 for PTA members; HK$130 for non-members

Remarks:

• Each performing current student can invite maximum two family members (counting any performing family members) to the event.
• Bring your own instruments / props / music / costumes, if necessary.
• School will provide a stage (approx. size: 10 ft x 5 ft), electronic piano (model: CASIO CDP-220R), basic AV equipment (e.g. microphone, USB/CD player)

Other matters and Disclaimers:

1. Members have many benefits and enjoy access to priority registration for most PTA activities. You may apply or renew your PTA membership online. Membership will be effective immediately.
2. Registration is not complete until the online PayPal payment of the application fee is made and confirmed.
3. There will be no refund once payment has been made, except for duplicate payments or payments made in error.
4. If the number of applicants is lower than the planned minimum level, PTA reserves the right to cancel the activity and return the paid fee after deducting the administrative cost and Paypal cost.
5. Photos/videos taken during this PTA activity may be posted on PTA newsletters, PTA website and/or VEO online and printed publications. By enrolling in this event, you agree that photos/videos may be taken and may be used for these purposes. If you do not want your photos/videos to be used for these purposes, please do not participate in this event.
