Meet our leadership team

Dianna Chan Principal

After working as a teacher at Victoria, I moved on to become the Chief Curriculum Coordinator of Victoria Central Development Section. I was honoured to take up the role of Principal at Harbour Green campus. Additionally, my official role as IB trainer for the IBO allows me to conduct IB workshops and perform authorisation visits in schools across Asia. I am delighted to be able to work with a dedicated teaching team that strives to demonstrate the International Baccalaureate Learner Profile attributes of communicators, balanced, inquirers and caring individuals.

KIT CHENG Head Teacher/ IB PYP Coordinator

I hope to provide a positive, happy environment in order for children to learn and show their best side. I also want to utilise my professional knowledge of IB early years education in my everyday teaching so that children will love to learn and grow to be internationally minded students.

JOYCE TO Head Teacher

I believe every child is competent and unique. Each learner deserves a caring, inspiring, safe and stimulating atmosphere to grow holistically. As an educator, I want to help children reach their utmost potential by providing them with a balanced and collaborative learning environment where students and teachers can co-construct their experiences together. In the classroom, children’s feelings and opinions are valued.  A genuine, positive and reflective education is fundamental in fostering successful life-long learners.

CINDY KO Head Teacher

I am a caring person who shows respect and care to others. With effective communication, I hope to create a harmonious atmosphere, where children can learn in a pleasant environment. They can experience a sense of belonging and this will give them opportunities to demonstrate their abilities naturally, motivating them to reveal their personal characteristics, realizing their potential and equipping themselves to become a well-balanced individual.
