Victoria (South Horizons) International Kindergarten has won the top prize in the "Kindergarten Music Activities - Singing in English - Age 6 or under" category at the 69th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival!

Victoria (South Horizons) International Kindergarten has won the top prize in the "Kindergarten Music Activities - Singing in English - Age 6 or under" category at the 69th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival! Other participating VEO campuses, including Harbour Helights, Homantin, Causeway Bay, Belcher and Lower Kornhill, were also awarded the Honours or Merit certificates with excellent comments. Congratulations to our brilliant little singers! They will be performing at the Prize-winners' Concert on 28 April 2017.

 

Causeway Bay Victoria K3 P.Y.P. Exhibition

Causeway Bay Victoria Kindergarten and International Kindergarten concordially invite those members of the public who are interested in the IB Primary Years Programme (P. Y. P.) to our K3 P. Y. P Exhibition on Thursday, 27th April. This year’s K3 Exhibition will be based on the current Unit of Inquiry: How the World Works with a focus on the central idea: The ways materials behave determines how people use them. Details of the exhibition are as follows:

Chief Principal Dr Maggie Koong’s attendance at the Military Parade in Beijing

Our Chief Principal, Dr Maggie Koong, has been invited to attend the military parade in Beijing ,in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. It is an invaluable opportunity to participate in such a significant and prestigious national event of grand magnitude , also an honour to be in the presence of many global heads of state and government leaders.

The ceremonial parade ended with thousands of pigeons fluttering free in the sky, signifying the quest of peace now and in future. Dr Koong hopes that Victoria students, while sharing the celebration of of this momentous occasion, will value the efforts to fortify peace and be proud of their country.

Congratulations to the Victoria Children’s Choir (Kornhill campuses) for getting the Grade A honor

The Victoria Children’s Choir (Kornhill campuses) was awarded Grade A Honor in the “65th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival” and was also recommended by the judges as the best team among the winners of all districts. The Choir is invited to perform again at the “65th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival Prize-winners' Concert”.

On the 20th of October, 2012; the Secretary for Education, Mr. Eddie Ng Hak Kim JBS came for a school visit to inquire about our immersion bi-literate and trilingual programme. Mr. Ng observed the children and was fully involved in many engagements with enjoyment. Through inquiry-based learning, children develop and engage in a variety of inquiry activities into caring life-long learners with a global vision.
