I believe that all children can succeed given the right motivation and support from those around them, especially educators. To truly help children reach their full potential, child-centric learning is key, where students are given ownership for their learning and development; creating programmes of inquiry centred on their own interests. Another important factor is that it is inherently important that children are able to embrace their own, and other, cultures within a school setting. This creates a stronger sense of belonging and gives the children more concrete ideas about their sense of identity.
