Enrolment:
Enrolment to the event is on a first-come-first-served basis with priority to PTA members.

PTA members please enroll starting from 20th November, 2021 (Saturday) after 9am. Non-member families can register online from 22nd November, 2021 (Monday) at 9am. The closing date for registration will be on 29th, November, 2021 (Monday) at 5pm. You will receive an instant confirmation email upon successful registration. If you would like to join the PTA and enjoy various membership privileges, you may apply/ renew your PTA membership as well as process e-payment via our website (https://www.victoria.edu.hk/en/pta-recruitment.php) at the same time. Membership will be effective immediately.

Remarks:
1. Due to the large number of participants expected, the group will be divided into two set of time slots to assemble and return (9:00-13:15/
9:15-13:30 respectively) . Please be aware of the information mentioned in the confirmation note later on.
2. The charge will be used to cover the administration cost of online enrolment and PayPal.
3. There will be no refund except for duplicate payments or payments made in error.
4. Visitor car park is not available on the day of the event. All participants are required to take the tour bus to assemble and dismiss at school.
