| Location： | Each family group will be assigned to visit 1-2 bakeries (depends on the number of participants, we might have around 6 – 10 bakeries offered by Feeding Hong Kong) in Hong Kong Island (we target to visit those near our school campus or by MTR stations) and Tseung Kwan O to collect surplus bread after the bakery is closed at night time, then deliver the collected bread to the VEO Lower Kornhill Campus. |
| Part 2: | Interactive Workshop |
| Date： | 28 March 2026 (Saturday morning) |
| Time： | Interactive workshop – Each family group will participate in a 1-hour session, visiting the Feeding Hong Kong Food Bank warehouse in Yau Tong to personally learn how our food bank addresses community food surplus and hunger issues, we will assign the timeslot for the participants mainly depends on the number of participants and their age group. Available time slots: a) 9:00 am – 10:00 am b) 10:10 am – 11:10 am c) 11:20 am – 12:20 pm |

| Capacity: | 24 pairs of parent and child (1 adult + 1 child) If you have 2 children studying at school, you may have 2 adults. (2 adults + 2 children) |
| Charge for a pair: | $300 for PTA members $400 for Non-PTA member – As spaces are limited. To prevent over-acceptance caused by a JotForm bug, we will hold a lottery after the registration deadline, 6 March 2026, to determine successful applicants. – Successful families will be notified via email from [email protected] or WhatsApp message from (852) 978-974-97 on 9 March 2026. – Parents must complete the payment process (via bank transfer, we will not use PayPal this time to minimize the bank charge) on or before 10 March 2026 for the registration to be confirmed, if you cannot get any messages from us on 9 March or 10 March 2026, we apologise to inform that you have not been selected for participation of the event. – Lastly, failure to pay the fee by the deadline will be considered as incomplete registration. |
