Belcher Campus - Recruitment of Executive Committee Members for the Year 2024-2025


  1. Please complete the online “Candidacy Form” and submit on or before 5pm, Wednesday, September 11th, 2024.

  2. The “Self-Introductory” passage will be published on the Executive Committee Election circular which will be distributed to respective campus members for their voting purposes. Each vacancy will be filled by the next candidate with the highest number of votes, until all available seats are filled.

  3. Results will be announced at the AGM on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 and photos of elected committee members will be displayed. Please kindly upload your individual passport-sized photo with the candidacy form (in jpg/jpeg format)  

  4. The Exco positions will be elected by the newly elected parent Exco members and the teacher representatives of the relevant campus by way of poll.

  5. Unsuccessful parent Exco candidates at general election will automatically become a “Parent Volunteer” of your campus and work with PTA teacher and parent Excos in carrying out campus-based activities.
