A Celebration of Creativity and Innovation at VEO’s 60th Anniversary Exhibition
VEO marked a significant milestone on March with the opening of “A Journey of Growth” Art and Learning Exhibition at K11 MUSEA’s Art & Cultural Centre, celebrating VEO’s 60 years of excellence in early child-hood education.

The exhibition, attended by the Honourable Bernard Charnwut Chan, GBM, GBS, JP, Chair-man of M+ Museum of Visual Culture and other distinguished guests, showcased artworks of around 3,000 participating VEO kindergarten students, reflecting their creativity, imagination, and growth. Each piece, created by students aged 2 to 6 years old from Pre-Nursery to K3, symbolises a personal educational journey – reflecting unique dreams, great aspirations, and unlimited potential.

At the Opening of the Exhibit, Jennifer Yu Cheng, VEO Supervisor and Group President & Deputy Vice Chairwoman of CTF Education Group, highlighted VEO’s pioneering role in early child-hood education, emphasising the integration of IB learning with Maker-Centered Learning to empower young minds to think critically, design boldly, and create with purpose.
“Education is not just about preparing students for the future – it is about shaping it,” said Yu Cheng. “This exhibition is a testament to the boundless creativity of our kindergarten students and our commitment to fostering a generation of future-ready leaders, thinkers, and innova-tors.”

The event also paid homage to teachers, parents, and community partners, whose support has made this creative journey possible. As VEO celebrates six decades of educational ex-cellence, “A Journey of Growth” stands as an inspiring tribute to the transformative power of learning and imagination.

A variety of workshops have been arranged at the exhibition for students and parents to expe-rience the fun of art, extending creativity to cultural exploration. The activities include gold foil painting, and creation of sand painting scented candles and sustainable upcycled straps. Please make a reservation in advance as places are limited.

The exhibition will be open to the public at K11 MUSEA’s Art & Cultural Centre until 9 March. Admission is free of charge. We invite parents and children to come and experience the vi-brant creativity of VEO’s young learners.
