“Be a team player and support each other, the best way we can“ – is the key message in the “Team Agreement” in our Belcher campus. As part of our celebrations for the 60th anniversary of Victoria Educational Organisation and the 25th anniversary of the Belcher campus, all teaching staff participated in a fruitful team building session. During the process, everyone experienced the charm of traditional Chinese culture, fostered a spirit of teamwork, and enhanced mutual understanding among teachers.
Afterwards, the teachers shared the dragon dance skills they had learned with the K3 students, who then performed them at the opening ceremony of their PYP Exhibition, successfully delighting parents and guests at the much-anticipated event.
This truly embodies the spirit of Victoria: a blend of knowledge and culture. Over the course of these 60 years, teachers have sparked high quality teaching and learning through collaboration, allowing the Victoria Belcher family to grow and flourish together.
