Celebrating World Mental Health Day Together
On World Mental Health Day, our school was filled with a beautiful display of colours as the children arrived dressed in shades of yellow, green, and pink. These colours, inspired by our beloved picture book The Color Monster, helped us visually celebrate the feelings of happiness, calmness, and love.

To make the day even more special, we held mixed-age activities, creating a wonderful family-like atmosphere. It was a joy to see our older students gently guiding their younger peers through a range of calming and engaging experiences. Together, they enjoyed creative art, listened to heartwarming stories, and participated in relaxing exercises.

This nurturing environment allowed every child to express themselves freely and comfortably, reinforcing the important message that all our feelings are valid and that we are a community that cares for one another.
