我從擔任教師、課程總主任及至現在校長的工作，不同的工作經驗讓我體會到教學精神的真義。一名成功的教育工作者，必須不斷作自我評估，了解自己的優點和缺點，尋求自我成長的道路；同時亦必須明白教學對象的需要，知道如何扮演教育的角色。 在學校工作上，我先要擔任一個思考者，在面對不同事情時需要運用各種思考技能來辨識和處理問題。作為領導者，每件事情也需要經過慎重思考來判斷及作出合理決定，還要具備良好的溝通能力，與各持份者開放溝通。我要成為一個懂得思考的領導者，帶領我們的團隊，邁向更專業的領域。

我深信與孩子相處的時間，重質不重量，且是孩子成長過程中重要的一部分。我希望與學校持份者保持緊密聯繫，和諧工作。讓我們擕手合作，相互支持，令孩子愉快生活。

I am Kelly Peddle, and I come from Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been at Victoria Educational Organisation for many years and am excited to begin another fantastic year at Middle Kornhill. As an educator, I understand the importance of students receiving the necessary skills and tools to meet their full potential. I also understand the importance of learning in a safe, open, and supportive environment so students can become lifelong learners and successful global citizens. I am always growing in my profession. My students and colleagues inspire me daily and give me the confidence to be a risk-taker. I look forward to sharing my experiences with everyone at Middle Kornhill.

由作為教師的第一天，我就深信自己已肩負起重要的使命，本著「以生命影響生命」的教育抱負，成為幼兒的榜樣，並讓幼兒在充滿「關愛、支持及和諧或豐富」的環境中踏上學習的旅途。希望每位幼兒都能敢於嘗試接受挑戰，擴闊自己的小世界，成為具有國際視野的終身學習者。
