Remarks:
1. Due to the large number of participants expected, please be aware of exact assemble and dismissal time and other information mentioned in the confirmation email to be followed.
2. The charge will be used to cover the administration cost of online enrolment and PayPal.
3. There will be no refund except for duplicate payments or payments made in error.
4. Visitor car park is not available on the day of the event. All participants are required to take the tour bus to assemble and dismiss at school. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
5. The activities at the venue are designed for children aged 2.5 years old or above, parents or caregivers are required to accompany children for use of any facilities in the venue for their own safety.
Epidemic prevention measures:
1. On the day of the activity, all participants are required to undergo body temperature checks and provide negative result proof of COVID-19 by taking the Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) when entering the school.
Those with body temperature readings of 37.5 degree celsius or above, or fail to provide the negative RAT result may be disallowed to participate in the activity with no refund.
2. Under the Vaccine Pass arrangement, all visitors will be asked to scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app before entering the site. All persons entering or remaining on specified premises must also comply with the COVID-19 vaccination requirements as set out in the Annex, except under exempted scenarios. For more details, please refer to the government announcement of Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) and Vaccine Pass.

3. Participants are requested to prepare their own masks, and keep a certain social distance with other participants.
4. Please try your best to eat and drink in an open place.
5. If a participant shows symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection or fails to declare, we, HMT PTA has the right to cancel the relevant reservation and require the relevant person to leave the venue immediately. No compensation or refund will be made for any loss.
