Each student can join only ONE of the sessions of the Christmas Party. Those who have already successfully registered for the Christmas Party on 4th December 2021, cannot register for the sessions on 11th December 2021.
Details of the event are as follows:
Date: 11th December 2021 (Saturday)
Time: Session 1 (9:15am – 10:30am), Session 2 (11:00am – 12:15pm)
Location: Lower Kornhill Campus Victoria Kindergarten
Language: Cantonese / English
Charge: Member – $150 for each student
Non- Member – $200 for each student
(Above fee includes one set of Christmas Present for each student)
Dress code: Christmassy
For enrolment:
1. Enrolment to the event is on first-come-first-served basis with priority given to PTA members. Please register and pay online via PTA website.
2. Registration for PTA members will start on [Thursday, 11th November] 2021 at 10am, while registration for non-members will start on [Friday, 12th November 2021] at 10am. Registration will end on [Friday, 19th November 2021] at 5pm. Please register one online submission per student.
3. Each family shall have at least ONE adult to accompany their child(ren) to the event.
Due to the pandemic, please note the following limitation on the number of family participants:

4. You will receive an instant confirmation email after successful registration. Please note that there will be no refund once your registration is confirmed, subject to paragraph 6 below. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at ptaoffc@victoria.edu.hk.
5. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above or Red/Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted two hours prior to the commencement of the event, the activity will be postponed or cancelled and we will notify you separately.
6. If the event is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, applicants will be notified and the fees net of administrative expenses will be refunded.
7. If you would like to join the PTA and enjoy member’s benefits in our activities, you may apply/renew your PTA membership as well as process e-payment via our website at the same time. Membership will be effective immediately.
