Details of the activity are as follows:
Session: 12 November 2022 (Saturday) 2:30p.m. OR 26 November 2022 (Saturday) 10:00a.m.
Duration: around 2hrs
Location: Sham Shui Po, Kowloon – Food Angel
Vacancy: 34 participants per session
Charge: Member – $170 per person (same price for adult and child)
Non-Member – HK$220 per person (same price for adult and child)
Target: K2 or K3 students only (1 child accompanied by 1 parent only)
Remark: Scan “LeaveHomeSafe” QR Code and meet the relevant requirements of the “Vaccine Pass”, take the COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test in advance and hold a photo of negative test result
1. Priority seating will be given to PTA members. Interested parties please enrol via https://www.victoria.edu.hk/en/pta-events.php . Registration will begin on 5 Oct 2022 (Wed) at 10am for members and 7 Oct 2022 (Fri) at 10am for non-members. All registration will end on 14 Oct 2022 (Fri) at 6pm. Enrolment is on a first-come-firstserved basis. Registration will be closed immediately if seats are filled up before the enrolment deadline.
2. Registration is not complete until the online PayPal payment of the admission fee is made and confirmed.
3. After completing all registration procedures, you will receive an email confirmation notification. Zoom meeting details will be shared via email with registered parents prior to the event. Please ensure you provide a valid email address to receive the information.
4. The charge is used for the event cost, registration fee and PayPal administration fee.
5. There will be no refund given once payment has been made, except for duplicate payments or payments madein error. Refunds meeting such requirements will be made after deduction of all administrative costs.
6. Photos will be taken during this PTA activity may be posted on the PTA newsletter and/or PTA website.
7. If the activity is forced to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, PTA will notify parents as soon as possible.
