Have you ever wondered how to bring all ages together to share the joy of combined breath awareness and movement?

Come and join us for a virtual yoga family class! Yoga and mindfulness continue to gain increasing popularity as it is proven to improve both physical and mental health, enhance concentration and better sleep quality. The PTA is very excited to have invited one of our excoms, Mrs. Meagan Pau, an experience yoga instructor from Asaya Wellness, Rosewood Hotel, to conduct the “Parent Child Yoga Class” for us. Meagan will take you through mindful movements, poses and breathing practices. By learning through yoga movements, not only can we improve our flexibility, build better balance, create mental clarity and calmness, but also build trust and connection between parents and children. It is a great opportunity introducing yoga to your children at the comfort of your home! Fathers are also welcomed to join and stretch out their tight muscles from working so hard for their families!
