Dear Parents,

The Victoria Educational Organisation Parent-Teacher Association (“VEOPTA”) is excited to organize “VEOPTA Parent-Child Cartoon Dumpling and Noodle Making Workshop” for PN to K3 parents and children at South Horizons and Belchers Campuses on 14th May 2022.

Details of the activity are as follows:

Date: 14th May 2022
Time: 10:30am to 12:00nn
Duration: 90 mins
Venue: Online via Zoom
Capacity: Total 80 families [Child(ren) has/have to be accompanied by at least one parent]
Fee: $300 per first participating child for PTA members, $400 per first participating child for non-PTA members
$200 per each additional participating sibling (for both PTA members and non-PTA members), provided that materials of all participating children in each family will be delivered to the same address
(PayPal fees will be added to the fees mentioned above)

Delivery of ingredients and materials:  The external organiser will send the ingredients and materials to the participants at the address specified in the online registration form by SF Express. Participants can opt for delivery at their residential addresses, or any SF Business Stations/SF Stores/SF Lockers. Each participant will also need to provide a back-up location at a SF Business Station/SF Store/SF Locker in case SF suspends delivery to residential addresses.

Remarks:
If the event is cancelled due to pandemic situation or any other reason, fees will be refunded after deducting administrative fees.
No refund will be provided in any other cases.

Due to limited vacancies, spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and advance booking will be given to members of the PTA.
