Welcome to our new web page. This year is the year of developing our new motto, ‘Bilingual Learners Today, World Citizens Tomorrow’ which reflects our commitment to put into action bilingual programmes and even a trilingual programme in higher grades.

To develop global citizens, we are in full swing implementing the IB curriculum and nurturing international mindedness in our young, along with the necessary attributes of citizens living in a global village, who must be communicators, risk takers, and thinkers, as well as principled, well-respected, enquiring, and well-balanced.

In the spirit of our new motto of caring and respect, we designate this year for the grandparents, whom we invite to attend all functions and performances of their grandchildren to share in childhood games with them.

Hopefully, this year is a year from "P" to "E", that is to say from paper to e-mail since we hope to promote the Intranet as an important means of communication between the school and the home. Teachers will be using the e-classroom to post important information. I personally, along with other deputy principals, will also be using this medium to reach parents and the wider community to promote school policies and events and to share messages and ideas. I encourage all parents to access our website on a regular basis. Perhaps in the future, Victoria will be able to employ an "almost paperless" communication system.
